Founder, President & CEO, Project New Hope Inc.
United States Air Force Veteran

William H. (Bill) Moore, M.A., founded Project New Hope Inc. (PNH) in 2010 with a mission to restore hope for Veterans, Service Members, National Guard, Reservists, First Responders, and their families through free, holistic retreats and community-based support programs. A proud United States Air Force Veteran, Bill understands the unique challenges of military and first responder life and has devoted his career to helping others heal, reconnect, and thrive.

Under Bill’s leadership, Project New Hope Inc. has grown into a respected 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving thousands of individuals and families across the United States. Its signature programs include The Cortina Method Wellness Retreats, Operation Vitality, and First Responder Resiliency Retreats; Sully’s Veterans Food & Baby Pantry (with locations in Worcester and Westfield, Massachusetts); Farmers Market Fridays at the Worcester VA; Hydrate Our Heroes for local Police, Fire, and EMS departments; and seasonal initiatives like Turkeys for Vets and Operation Jeepers Christmas.

With over 93% of donations directly supporting programs, Project New Hope stands as a model of transparency, compassion, and impact. Bill proudly serves as a volunteer CEO, drawing no salary, and has built lasting partnerships with businesses, civic organizations, and community leaders to ensure that no Veteran or military family is left behind.

Beyond his work with PNH, Bill also serves as Commander of the Vernon Hill American Legion Post 435 in Worcester, Massachusetts, continuing his lifelong commitment to service.

Bill and his wife Donna have been married for 41 years and are the proud parents of five children and seven grandchildren. His family remains the heart of his inspiration and the foundation of his belief that hope begins at home and extends into the community.
